This page is the collection: nine cards, two categories, one table.
Work.
Alkan Werkzeug
"Tools that last. Hands that know."
Handfaktur Shop
"Why not run a shop with products you believe in?"
Handfaktur Digital
"Don't worry, I stay reachable anyway."
Business Psychology
"Consumer psych · Gamification · Marketing"
Three things I commit to.
It belongs to you
What I build keeps running without me. Access, data and documentation sit with you, not with me. Anyone who keeps working with me should want to, not have to.
Open communication
If something will not work, I say so upfront. A problem you name costs less than one you keep quiet. I would rather ask twice than assume once.
A human clicks in the end
I like working user-first, because at the end of the day processes are made to be operated by people. And whether that feels good always matters in the long run.
Play.
Aikano Records
"Philosophy you can feel."
Ensorena
"It is done when it is good."
Chunkplan
"Plan in blocks. Live in moments."
Lost Lily
"One motorbike, one theme park, a lot of physics."
Ricotta Get Going
"Move quietly, get further."
And three that explain why all of it belongs together.
Understanding through practice
Who has not wanted to build an app at some point? Which gamer has not thought up a game they wanted to make? Which songwriter would not want their songs heard? And why not run a shop with products you believe in. Most people want to. I just do it.
Something that stays
Whether it is games people enjoy, music that moves someone with an honest intention, or an app that makes life simpler. All things I can make with a clear conscience and leave behind with little maintenance. That is what fulfils me.
Rules before results
Games, markets and companies are rule sets with people inside them. Whoever spots the rules, official or unofficial, can optimise the game, extend it and reshape it. And I love extending rule sets. A game is not much else either.
